Vintage condition, with some evident rust and wear typical of a vintage metal stool.
Wood Seat Stool Top was glued at some point as can be seen in the pictures, our pastor is 195 lbs and sat on it in both positions (high and low) and it held without any problems.

Wood seat shows normal age de-varnishing scaling as can be seen in the pictures.
The Seat can be very easily raised or lowered.
Wear to the painted surface as shown makes it look so original and industrial cool.
