This listing is for a Great 1940's Rare ART DECO Vintage 1940s STROMBERG CARLSON "FROG EYE" PLASKON IVORY BAKELITE RADIO as can be seen in the pictures.
Came from a High End Estately Residence and has always been very well taken care of as can be seen in the pictures.
AM IVORY PLASKON ART DECO MID CENTURY FROGEYE RADIO
This radio was working fine but when we opened the back to show how nice it is inside and out and put it back together it stopped working so we don't know why this happened since we are not electronic technicians but we suspect this is a simple solution problem for anyone who knows a minimum of electronics, unfortunately we don't.
This Stromberg Carlson tube radio with rare IVORY PLASKON case has no chips or cracks, only a few markings as shown in the pictures.
This great design features a wonderful horizontal grill.
THE Classic FROG EYE FOIL display is Beautiful.
Both knobs are original and work PERFECTLY!
Simply a sweet vintage radio in very good cosmetic condition.
The size is 12 ½” x 7 ½” high x 7” deep.
Vintage Stromberg Carlson Model 1101-C radio from the 1940's that is in very good cosmetic condition.
Body is in great shape with no chips nor cracks, only a few markings as can be seen in the many pictures we uploaded here.
Radio is an AM station unit.
The dials all move properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well.
Cardboard back is present and is in great condition.
Power cord is in great condition as well.
Great looking retro radio that will be a fine addition to your collection.
