It is also not expensive, approximately $200,000 USD. It is used for the qualitative and quantitative measurement of biological and physical properties of cells. The start-up of the instrument is very easy and its software is extremely user-friendly. You can run your sample in a tube, band use the 96 well plate to acquire your samples. Your files will save in fcs and you can analyze them in FlowJo. If you are not a FlowJo user, then use CytExpert for CytoFLEX Acquisition and Analysis Software without internet connection.
