This instrument came from a Federal University Hospital and does power on fine and the display says STOP-REPAIR as can be seen in the pictures.
Even though it does seem to be working fine since we don't know how to operate it we are selling it under an AS IS NO RETURN FOR PARTS condition.
Unit has minor cosmetic wear from normal use as can be seen in the pictures.
